摘要
对玉米样品中高效液相色谱法测定黄曲霉毒素B1含量进行不确定度评价。评价结果为黄曲霉毒素含量为5.39μg/kg的样品中,扩展不确定度为0.28μg/kg。试验所引入的不确定度各分量中,回收率所引入的不确定度分量对最终结果的不确定度影响最大,其次是溶液稀释所引入的不确定度分量,称量和溶液移取,重复性实验所引入的不确定度分量非常小。
Aflatoxin is a class of small molecule compounds with similar chemical structure, all of which are derivatives of dihydrofuran coumarin, mainly existing in soil, plants and animals, and various nuts. Aflatoxin B1 is the most toxic of mycotoxins and extremely harmful to human health. In this experiment, the uncertainty of determination of aflatoxin B1 in corn samples by HPLC was evaluated. The results showed that the extended uncertainty was 0.28 g/kg for aflatoxin with a content of 5.39 g/kg. Among the uncertainty components introduced by the test, the uncertainty component introduced by the recovery rate has the largest impact on the uncertainty of the final result, followed by the uncertainty component introduced by solution dilution, weighing and solution removal, and the uncertainty component introduced by the repeatability test is very small.
