摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)是一类由外显子或内含子通过选择性剪切形成的内源性的具有共价闭合环状结构的非编码RNA(ncRNA)。研究表明,circRNA主要通过miRNA“海绵”作用、调控基因转录水平及转录后水平等生物学机制来促进或抑制肿瘤的发生和发展,并与肿瘤的侵袭、转移及预后密切相关。目前,肺癌是恶性肿瘤死亡的首位原因,其发生发展的分子机制尚未完全研究清楚。相关研究显示,circRNA在肺癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,可作为肺癌早期诊断及预测预后的一种新兴的生物标志物,针对circRNA在肺癌发生和发展中的作用机制进行干预,能够使之成为具有潜在临床价值的肺癌治疗新靶点。本文就circRNA在肺癌发生发展中的研究进展进行综述。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA(ncRNA)with covalently closed circular structure formed by selective splicing of exons or introns.Studies have shown that circRNA mainly promotes or inhibits the occurrence and development of tumors through the role of miRNA"sponge",the regulation of gene transcription level and post-transcription level and other biological mechanisms,and is closely related to the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of tumors.Currently,lung cancer is the first cause of death of malignant tumors,and the molecular mechanism of its occurrence and development is not fully understood.Relevant studies have shown that circRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,and can be used as an emerging biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.The intervention of circRNA on the mechanism of action in the occurrence and development of lung cancer makes it a new therapeutic target with potential clinical value for lung cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of circRNA in the development of lung cancer.
