依帕司他片联合前列地尔注射剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

Clinical effect of Epalrestat Tablets and Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探析依帕司他片联合前列地尔注射剂治疗糖尿周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的46例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各23例。对照组患者给予前列地尔注射剂治疗,观察组患者给予依帕司他片联合前列地尔注射剂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率与治疗前后的神经传导速度变化情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(65.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前正中神经与腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的SNCV、MNCV均高于治疗前,且观察组患者的SNCV、MNCV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将依帕司他片与前列地尔注射剂联合治疗作为糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗方案,在改善患者周围神经病变症状方面可取得较好的效果,值得今后在临床上加大应用与推广力度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Epalrestat Tablets combined with Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 46 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 23 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Alprostadil Injection,while the observation group was treated with Epalrestat Tablets and Alprostadil Injection.The total effective rate and changes of nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(65.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SNCV and MNCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Epalrestat Tablets and Alprostadil Injection as a treatment scheme for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can achieve good effect in improving the symptoms of patients with peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
