宫腔镜保守性手术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of hysteroscopic conservative surgery combined with progestin in the treatment of early endometrial cancer

目的探讨宫腔镜保守性手术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的146例子宫内膜癌早期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各73例。对照组患者行单纯孕激素治疗,观察组患者行宫腔镜保守性手术联合孕激素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、总妊娠率、复发率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.89%)高于对照组(69.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总妊娠率(93.15%)高于对照组(67.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率(6.85%)低于对照组(31.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜保守性手术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的效果良好,创伤小,术后恢复快,复发率低,对患者的生育功能影响小,有良好的预后,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic conservative surgery combined with progesterone in the treatment of early endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 146 patients with early stage endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,73 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with progestin alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic conservative surgery combined with progestin.The total effective rate,total pregnancy rate and relapse rate of the two groups patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(95.89%)was higher than that in the control group(69.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total pregnancy rate of patients in the observation group(93.15%)was higher than that in the control group(67.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group(6.85%)was lower than that in the control group(31.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic conservative surgery combined with progestin is effective in the treatment of early endometrial cancer,with small trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,low recurrence rate,little influence on the patients′reproductive function,good prognosis,and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
