地西泮联合间苯三酚在足月妊娠产妇潜伏期的应用效果

Application effect of Diazepam combined with Phloroglucinol in the incubation period of full-term pregnant women

目的探讨地西泮联合间苯三酚在足月妊娠产妇潜伏期的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年3月我院收治的87例足月妊娠潜伏期产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=29)和对照组1(n=29)、对照组2(n=29),对照组1采用地西泮,对照组2采用间苯三酚,观察组采用地西泮联合间苯三酚治疗,比较三组的总产程时间、产后2 h出血量、中转剖宫产率、新生儿结局、宫口扩张时间、宫颈裂伤率和宫颈水肿发生率。结果观察组治疗后总产程时间、宫口扩张时间短于对照组1、对照组2,产后2 h出血量少于对照组1、对照组2;观察组治疗后新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组1、对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后产妇中转剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率、宫颈裂伤率和宫颈水肿发生率低于对照组1、对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月妊娠产妇潜伏期应用间苯三酚与地西泮联合治疗的临床效果较好,可加速产程,降低剖宫产率,也不会对新生儿产生影响。

Objective To explore the application effect of Diazepam combined with Phloroglucinol in the maternal incubation period of term pregnancy.Methods A total of 87 cases of full-term pregnancy latency pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=29)and control group 1(n=29),control group 2(n=29).The control group 1 used Diazepam,the control group 2 used Phloroglucin,the observation group used Diazepam and Phloroglucin.The total labor time,2 hours after delivery,transfer rate of cesarean section,neonatal outcome,expansion time of uterine orifice,incidence of cervical laceration and cervical edema among three groups were compared.Results The total labor time,the time of uterine cervix expansion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2,the amount of bleeding after 2 hours postpartum was less than that of the control group 1 and control group 2,the Apgar score of the neonates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,neonatal asphyxia,cervical laceration rate and cervical edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of combined therapy of Phloroglucinol and Diazepam in the incubation period of term pregnant women is better,which can accelerate the labor process and reduce the caesarean section rate,and will not affect the newborns.
