口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损的效果

Effect of oral orthodontic combined with repair for the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect

目的探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错[牙合]伴牙列缺损的效果。方法选取2014年5月~2017年6月在我院接受治疗的40例错[牙合]伴牙列缺损患者,按照就诊顺序分为A组(n=20)和B组(n=20)。A组采用常规方法,B组采用口腔正畸结合修复治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、总满意度。结果B组治疗总有效率、各项生活质量评分、总满意度均显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用口腔正畸结合修复治疗错[牙合]伴牙列缺损,效果显著,患者满意度以及生活质量高。

Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontics combined with repair for the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.Methods Forty patients with malocclusion and dentition defect who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into group A(n=20)and group B(n=20)according to the order of treatment.Group A used conventional methods,group B was treated with orthodontic treatment combined with repair,and the clinical treatment effect and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,quality of life score and total satisfaction of group B were significantly higher than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral orthodontics combined with repair for the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defects,the effect is significant,with high patient satisfaction and quality of life.
