鼻内镜鼻腔扩容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of nasal endoscopic dilation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

目的探讨慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者接受鼻内镜鼻腔扩容术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院耳鼻喉科收治的40例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据中心随机化法分为对照组与实验组,每组各20例。对照组患者行药物治疗,实验组患者行鼻内镜鼻腔扩容术治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的效果、鼻塞症状以及鼻阻力的差异。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、鼻阻力、鼻内镜评分均低于治疗前,且实验组患者治疗后的VAS评分、鼻阻力、鼻内镜评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者接受鼻内镜鼻腔扩容术治疗,可获得较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic nasal cavity expansion in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by centralized randomization method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the experimental group was treated with nasal endoscopic nasal dilatation.The treatment effect,nasal obstruction symptoms and nasal resistance between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and nasal resistance endoscopy score after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score,nasal resistance and nasal endoscopy score after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis undergoing endoscopic nasal cavity expansion can obtain better results.
