中药足浴治疗收缩期高血压患者的效果

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treating patients with systolic hypertension

目的探讨中药足浴治疗收缩期高血压(ISH)患者的效果。方法选取我院2018年2月~2019年2月收治的100例ISH患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用中药足浴治疗。比较两组的血压控制疗效,治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压水平,血清炎症指标水平,生活质量。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的QOL评分高于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴应用于ISH患者中可发挥显著的降血压效果,且可有效缓解炎症反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treating patients with systolic hypertension(ISH).Methods All of 100 patients with ISH admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into the study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of blood pressure control,systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,serum inflammatory index levels,and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and c-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).QOL scores of the study group and the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and QOL scores of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in patients with ISH can significantly reduce blood pressure,effectively relieve inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life.
