半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy on peptic ulcer

目的探讨半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月在我院就诊的98例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组患者采用三联疗法治疗,观察组患者采用半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、临床症状(上腹部疼痛、嗳气、反酸、呕吐)评分及复发情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的上腹部疼痛、嗳气、反酸、呕吐症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的上腹部疼痛、嗳气、反酸、呕吐症状评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的上腹部疼痛、嗳气、反酸、呕吐症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药1年后,观察组患者的复发率(2.04%)低于对照组(12.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,预防复发,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy on peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 98 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,clinical symptoms(upper abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation,vomiting)scores and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in upper abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation and vomiting symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the upper abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation and vomiting symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after drug withdrawal,the relapse rate of patients in the observation group(2.04%)was lower than that in the control group(12.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy has significant clinical effect in treating peptic ulcer,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and prevent recurrence,and is worthy of popularization and application.
