水胶体敷料联合土豆片贴敷对静脉补钾患者疼痛的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨水胶体敷料联合土豆片贴敷对静脉补钾患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年8~11月我院在消化内科住院的100例需要静脉输注或者微泵泵入氯化钾溶液患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者使用水胶体敷料固定联合土豆片贴敷;对照组患者按传统方法,使用普通3M透明贴膜固定。比较两组的疼痛分级情况、疼痛总发生率及疼痛程度。结果观察组的疼痛分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛总发生率为46.00%,低于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料联合土豆片贴敷能减轻患者的疼痛级别,降低患者的疼痛发生率,缓解患者的疼痛程度。 Objective To explore the effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with potato chips on pain in patients with intravenous potassium supplementation.Methods A total of 100 patients who needed intravenous infusion or micropump infusion of potassium chloride solution in Digestive Medicine Department of our hospital from August to November 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were fixed with hydrocolloid dressing and potato chips;the patients in the control group were fixed with ordinary 3M transparent film according to the traditional method.The pain grading,the total incidence of pain and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The pain grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pain in the observation group was 46.00%,which was lower than 78.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing combined with potato chips can reduce the pain level of patients,reduce the incidence of pain in patients,and ease the degree of pain in patients.
