全程优质护理服务在乳腺癌术后放疗中的效果

The effect of whole course high quality nursing service in post-operative radiotherapy of breast cancer

目的探讨全程优质护理服务在乳腺癌术后放疗中的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的100例乳腺癌术后放疗患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全程优质护理干预。采用生活质量核心量表(QOL)评价并比较两组的生活质量评分;采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价并比较两组的SAS、SDS评分;比较两组的护理总满意度。结果观察组的心理功能、社会功能及躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌术后放疗患者,采取全程优质护理干预能改善患者的生活质量,有效缓解患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of whole course high quality nursing service in post-operative radiotherapy of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 100 patients with breast cancer treated by post-operative radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,they were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given whole course high quality nursing intervention.Quality of life core scale(QOL)was used to evaluate and compare the quality of life scores of the two groups.Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate and compare the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups.The total satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of psychological function,social function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%,higher than 82.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy,the whole course of high quality nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients,effectively alleviate depression and anxiety of patients,and improve patients satisfaction with nursing.
