互动式健康教育在溃疡性结肠炎护理中的应用效果

Application of interactive health education in the nursing of ulcerative colitis

目的探讨互动式健康教育在溃疡性结肠炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月~2018年12月我院收治的66例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象。根据入院时间顺序不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组患者采用常规健康教育,观察组患者采用互动式健康教育。比较两组患者的临床效果和护理总满意度。结果观察组患者的临床护理总有效率(96.97%),高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度(100.00%),高于对照组(78.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育应用于溃疡性结肠炎护理中,可有效提高临床护理效果,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education in the nursing of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 66 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the time sequence of admission,the patients were divided into the control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The total clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that in the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education applied in the nursing of ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and patients′satisfaction with nursing.
