警犬技术在交通事故处理工作中的实战化运用探析

在公安工作中,现代科学技术的运用不断创新,但是没有一种科学仪器或者技术手段能够完全取代警犬技术的独特作用。各种各样的气味痕迹就是警犬作业的嗅源,警犬可以依靠气味来鉴别、追踪、搜索、寻找物证、提供侦查方向、搜寻犯罪嫌疑人。本文梳理了警犬技术在交通事故处理工作中的实战化运用方式,探析如何"抓住”交通事故中的气味痕迹,提出警犬技术在交通事故处理工作中实战化运用的建议,以期能更好地服务实战。

In the police work,the application of modem science and technology continues to innovate,but there is no scientific instrument or technology that can completely replace the unique role of police dog technology.All kinds of smell traces are the smell sources of the police dog's work.The police dog can identify,track,search and look for physical evidences,provide investigation direction for police officers,search for criminal suspects and so on based on certain smells.This paper intended to sort out the practical application of police dog technology in traffic accident handling and explore the ways for"catching"the smell traces in traffic accidents.Finally,this paper put forward some suggestions on the practical application of police dog technology in traffic accident handling,looking forward to better serving the actual police work.
