关于太湖流域片不同区域水土保持率确定的认识与思考

Determination of ratio for soil and water conservation in different regions of Taihu Basin

围绕准确把握“重在保护,要在治理”的战略要求,认真领会新时代水土保持工作的目标,在挖掘水土保持推动绿色发展方面的基础性和约束性作用上,提出了做好不同区域水土保持率确定工作需要关注的问题与对策建议,以期为推动太湖流域片水土保持工作提供支撑。

In accordance with the strategy of“give priority to protection and center on water governance”,discussions are made on how to determine the ratio for soil and water conservation in different regions,with a focus on objectives of soil conservation in the new era.It is found that soil and water conservation can play a fundamental role for green development.It is expected that the ratio could help to boost soil and water conservation campaign in the Taihu Basin.
