构筑西部生态屏障的甘肃水利实践及水生态文明建设建议

Suggestions on defining ecological protection zones for promoting water ecological civilization in Gansu Province

生态文明建设是“五位一体”总体布局、新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义基本方略、新发展理念、三大攻坚战的重要内容,贯穿于经济社会发展的各个环节。贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,构筑西部生态屏障是甘肃省的重要任务。总结了近年甘肃水利部门构筑西部生态屏障的主要举措,并提出了下一步推进甘肃水生态文明建设的工作建议。

Ecological civilization forms the key contents of general layout for economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological progress,as well as the basic principle of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,the new development concepts,and three critical battles against potential risk,poverty and pollution.In the new era,this initiative should run through every aspect of economic and social development.Currently,the main task of Gansu Province is to safeguard ecology in order to protect eco-environment in the western part of China.With summary of key measures taken by the provincial water department in recent years,suggestion and comments are made regarding the next stage of water ecological civilization.
