华北水利水电大学服务黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的思考

Reflections on practices of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin

从区位优势、生态地位、经济地位、社会地位和文化地位等方面对黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的重要性进行了阐述,结合华北水利水电大学的工作基础,提出了学校服务黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的工作思路。

The importance of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin are elaborated from the aspects of location advantage,ecological,economic,social and cultural positions.Combing the previous studies made by the North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power,discussions are made on how to maximize the role of universities in ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,which shall provide a base for institutions for higher learning to implement this strategy.
