摘要
分析受污染底泥环保疏浚及处理的主要环节及内容,包括受污染底泥的调查分析、质量评价、疏浚和处理及评估等。梳理国内外环保疏浚技术规范的现状,提出环保疏浚技术规范体系建设的框架,为环保疏浚行业发展作参考。
Analyze the main contents of environmental dredging,including the investigation and quality evaluation of contaminated sediment,dredging and treatment,and evaluation.Review the existing technical standards,and propose a framework for establishing the technical standard system of environmental dredging,trying to provide references for the development of environmental dredging industry.
