摘要
以棉花纤维为模板,在无水乙醇、硫酸铁溶液、钛酸四正丁酯中浸渍制成前驱体,经过静置、干燥、高温煅烧得到纯TiO2中空纤维材料、1%Fe^3+/TiO2中空纤维材料(B)、5%Fe^3+/TiO2中空纤维材料。使用X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见光光谱仪、气敏元件测试仪对所做材料进行结构与组分、光吸收性能及催化活性、气体灵敏度进行研究。结果表明,纯TiO2以及掺杂Fe^3+后所制备的材料都具有光催化降解效果,掺杂Fe^3+的光催化效果更明显,且随着Fe^3+掺杂量的增加材料的光催化效果增强。
Using cotton fiber as template,the precursor is soaked in anhydrous ethanol,ferric sulfate solution and tetrabutyl titanate.After standing,drying and calcining at high temperature,the pure TiO2 hollow fiber material,1%Fe^3+/TiO2 hollow fiber material(b),5%Fe^3+/TiO2 hollow fiber material are obtained.X-ray diffraction,UV-VIS Spectrometer and gas sensor tester are used to study the structure,comporents,light absorption performance,catalytic activity and gas sensitivity of the materials.The results show that pure TiO2 and Fe 3+doped materials have photocatalytic degradation effect,and the photocatalytic effect of Fe^3+doped materials is more obvious,and with the increasing of Fe^3+doping,the photocatalytic effect of the materials is enhanced.
