摘要
以中山大学“拔尖计划”化学专业学生的视角,从人才选拔培养机制、个性化课程选择、专业化科研训练、对外交流与培养等方面讨论在三年“拔尖计划”培养中的收获与感受,同时结合自身感受就“拔尖计划”2.0方案提出了期望和思考。
This article briefly discusses the harvest and impression of Top Talent Training Program in terms of mechanism of student recruitment and training,individualized course selection,specialized scientific research training,and foreign exchange,from the point view of top talented students of Sun Yat-Sen University.This article also puts forward some expectations and considerations for the 2.0 plan of Top Talent Training Program.
