摘要
循环流化床锅炉省煤器管与省煤器集箱连接部位管道容易磨损减薄导致泄漏,此处管道布置密集、空间位置狭小,发生泄漏后无法更换,检修中常采用切割管道并加装焊接堵头的方法消漏,但存在堵头运行时间短、反复泄漏的问题。从堵头结构、焊接工艺参数及施工几方面分析了堵头发生泄漏的原因,通过改变堵头结构、调整加装位置、优化焊接工艺等措施,提高了堵头焊接质量,保证了循环流化床锅炉稳定运行,可为类似密集管道消漏提供借鉴。
The connection between the economizer tube of circulating fluidized boiler and the economizer header is easy to wear and thin,leading to leakage.The pipes here are densely arranged and have a narrow space,and cannot be replaced after leakage occurs.Cutting pipe and adding weld plug are often used in maintenance to eliminate leakage,but there are problems such as short running time and repeated leakage.The causes of the leakage of the plug are analyzed from the aspects of the plug structure,welding process parameters and construction.By changing the structure of the plug,adjusting the installation position,optimizing the welding process,etc.,the welding quality of the plug is improved,and the stable operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is ensured.
