11C-CFT PET/CT显像采集时间对图像质量和帕金森病诊断的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨碳-11标记的苯基托烷(11C-CFT)放射性核素行正电子发射断层代谢显像(PET/CT)的采集时间对帕金森病(PD)图像质量和疾病诊断的影响。方法选取2015年2月-2019年2月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的PD患者110例,按照11C-CFT注射药物后PET/CT采集时间不同将患者分为3组,分别为A组(20~40min)、B组(40~60min)、C组(60~80min),对3组患者11C-CFT PET/CT静态显像结果和多巴胺转运蛋白(DAT)分布的半定量值进行分析。结果3组患者11 C-CFT PET/CT静态显像:双侧基底节显影均比较清晰,放射性摄取部位主要为壳核、双侧尾状核头部且分布均匀、对称,呈现八字形;在双侧小脑、顶枕皮质、额叶处的摄取量较低。A组的显像本底比较高,B、C组的显像本底较低;A组左、右侧尾状核DAT分布半定量值分别大于B、C组(P<0.05),B组与C组左、右侧尾状核DAT分布半定量值相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组左、右侧壳核前部DAT分布半定量值分别大于B、C组(P<0.05),C组左、右侧壳核前部DAT分布半定量值最小;A组左、右侧壳核后部DAT分布半定量值大于B、C组(P<0.05),C组左、右侧壳核后部DAT分布半定量值最小。结论注射11C-CFT后脑部大约60min趋于稳定,11C-CFT PET/CT显像检测DAT分布较好的时间为注射11 C-CFT后60~80min。 Objective To investigate the effect of acquisition time in radionuclide positron emission tomography(PET/CT)of carbon-11labeled tropane(11 C-CFT)on image quality and disease diagnosis of Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A total of 110patients with PD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2015to February 2019were enrolled,and divided into three groups according to the time of PET/CT acquisition after 11C-CFT injection:group A(20-40minutes),group B(40-60minutes)and group C(60-80minutes).The results of 11C-CFT PET/CT static imaging and the semi-quantitative distribution of dopamine transporter(DAT)in the three groups were analyzed.Results Static imaging of 11 C-CFT PET/CT in the three groups showed bilateral basal ganglia were clearly visualized,and the radioactivity uptake sites were mainly the putamen and head of bilateral caudate nucleus,which were evenly and symmetrically distributed and presented octagonal shape;the uptakes in the bilateral cerebellum,parietooccipital cortex and frontal lobe were low.The imaging background was higher in group A and lower in group B and C;the semi-quantitative value of DAT distribution in the left and right caudate nuclei of group A was higher than that in group B and C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the left and right caudate nuclei of group B and C(P>0.05);the semi-quantitative value of DAT distribution in the anterior part of the left and right putamen in group A was higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05),while that in group C was the smallest in the anterior part of the left and right putamen;the semi-quantitative value of DAT distribution in the posterior part of the left and right putamen in group A was higher than that in group B and C(P<0.05),while the semi-quantitative value of DAT distribution in the posterior part of the left and right putamen in group C was the smallest.Conclusion After injection of 11C-CFT,it tended to be stable for about 60minutes and the best time for detecting DAT distribution by 11C-CFT PET/CT imaging was 60-80minutes.
