慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者心理学特征分析研究

Investigation of the psychopathological characteristics for patient with chronic rhinosinusitis

目的分析研究慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(Chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)患者心理学特征。方法选取2013年1月-2015年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院耳鼻咽喉科住院的124例CRS患者为研究对象,采用宗氏焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、宗氏抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和症状自评量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)对CRS患者心理健康状况进行评估,与全国常模进行比较分析。结果回收CRS患者有效问卷124份,回收率100%。CRS患者SAS平均得分为(36.27±10.34)分,SDS平均得分为(49.02±9.83)分。全国常模SAS得分平均为(29.78±10.07)分,SDS得分平均为(41.88±10.57)分。与中国常模比较,124例CRS患者SAS、SDS得分增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与中国常模比较,CRS患者躯体化症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁及焦虑4项因子得分升高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论CRS患者存在一定程度的心理健康问题,主要表现在躯体化症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑及抑郁等方面。

Objective To analyze the psychopathological characteristics of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods A total of 124CRS patients hospitalized in the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2013to September 2015 were selected as the subjects.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and symptom checklist scale(SCL-90)were used to evaluate the mental health of CRS patients.Results One hundred twenty-four valid questionnaires were collected from CRS patients with a recovery rate of 100%.The average scores of SAS and SDS in CRS patients were(36.27±10.34)and(49.02±9.83)respectively.The average SAS score of national norm was(29.78±10.07)and the average SDS score was(41.88±10.57).Compared with the Chinese norm,the scores of SAS and SDS in 124patients with CRS increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the Chinese norm,the scores of somatization symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety in CRS patients increased significantly(all P<0.01).Conclusion High prevalence of Psychiatric disorders such as somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and depression were found in CRS patients.
