摘要
传统的临床药理学培养模式,在基础阶段,教学过程以教师讲授为主,学生学习的内容大多停留在理论层面,缺乏相应的临床实践锻炼;在毕业前实习阶段,学生跟随临床带教药师开展临床药学实践锻炼,但理论知识学生很多都已遗忘.基础理论教学与临床实践锻炼缺乏有效的融合.围绕培养应用型人才为主线,构建专业知识与临床实践相结合的双师型教学团队,实现学校理论教育与临床药学实践的有机衔接.通过整合药学实践病例,贯穿临床药理学课堂教学过程,教师引导学生查阅资料,小组分析讨论,绘制思维导图,培养学生的临床药学思维,进一步优化临床药理学教学过程.
In the traditional process of clinical pharmacology,at the basic stage,teachers teach students theoretical knowlege,but students lack corresponding clinical practice.In the clinical practice stage,students follow clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmacy practice,but many students had forgotten theoretical knowledge.There is a lack of effective integration between basic theory teaching and clinical practice.Focusing on the cultivation of application-oriented talents,the double qualification teacher teaching team is constructed to combine professional knowledge with clinical practice,so as to realize the organic connection between school theoretical education and clinical pharmacy practice.Application of clinical case in clinical pharmacology teaching,cultivate the clinical pharmaceutical thinking of students and optimize the clinical pharmacology teaching process.
