基于MOOC理念复合教学模式在骨科教学中应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的 慕课(MOOC)是一种能够有效提升教学质量和教学效率的教学方法,目前在我国教育事业之中逐渐投入应用.本研究通过分析基于MOOC理念的新教学模式在骨科教学中发挥的教学方法的优势,结合其在目前临床教学中应用的现状及已有的经验,探讨如何更加有效地将慕课应用于医学教育实践过程,提高教学水平和质量,完成医学教育的教学目标.方法 选取临床医学专业学生58人作为实验组,进行LBL+慕课式自学+PBL新模式教学.选取另外60名学生作为对照组,进行传统LBL+PBL模式的对照研究,通过理论及临床技能考核与调查问卷评价教学效果.结果 新模式组明显优于传统组(P<0.05).结论 以慕课理念为主的新模式教学有助于提高骨科的教学质量. Objective MOOC is a teaching method that can effectively improve the teaching quality and efficiency.It has been gradually applied in China's education.By analyzing the advantages of MOOC-based new teaching mode in orthopaedics teaching,combining with the current situation of its application in clinical teaching and the existing experience,this study explores how to apply MOOC to the practice of medical education more effectively,improve the teaching level and quality,and complete the teaching of medical education learning goals.Methods 58 clinical medical students were selected as the experimental group to carry out the new teaching mode of LBL+MOOC self-study+PBL.Another 60 students were selected as the control group to conduct a comparative study of the traditional LBL+PBL model.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical and clinical skills assessment and questionnaire.Results The new model group was significantly better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new mode of teaching based on the concept of"MOOC"is helpful to improve the teaching quality of orthopaedics.
