摘要
随着高校教育改革的不断深入,传统的教学模式已经不再满足现代教学的需求,特别是临床医学教育.翻转课堂是将"课上教师讲授、课后学生巩固练习"的传统教学模式进行翻转,在课前让学生通过网络教学资源自主学习课本知识,课堂上进行实践练习,完成知识吸收与掌握的内化过程.案例教学(CBL)作为一种理论与实践相结合的互动式教学法,将其应用于乳房疾病翻转课堂教学中,即学生线上、线下的自主学习结合课堂乳腺专科案例教学.这种教学模式可以调动学生的学习热情,对培养学生临床思维和提升教学效果具有重要作用.同时,对学生和教师也提出了更高的要求.
With the deepening of educational reform in Colleges and universities,the traditional teaching mode no longer meets the needs of modern teaching,especially in clinical medical education.Flipped classroom reverses the traditional teaching mode of“teaching by teachers in class and consolidating exercises by students after class”.Before class,students can independently learn textbook knowledge through online teaching resources,and conduct practical exercises in class,to complete the internalization process of knowledge absorption and mastery.Case Based Learning(CBL),as a kind of combination of theory and practice of interactive teaching method,applied to turn classroom in breast diseases teaching,the students autonomous learning of online and offline combined with clinical specialized case teaching in class.It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and play an important role in training students'clinical thinking and improving teaching effect.At the same time,the requirements for students and teachers are higher.
