微信联合CBL教学模式在儿科课间见习中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨微信结合CBL教学模式在儿科课间见习教学中的应用效果.方法 选择133名哈尔滨医科大学第四附属医院2016级临床医学系1班和2班学生分为对照组和实验组.对照组使用单独的CBL教学方法.实验组采用微信结合CBL教学法,比较两组学员在课前准备情况,团队合作能力,人际交往能力,询问病史能力,体格检查能力以及自学能力6方面的得分情况,同时调查两组学员对教学模式的满意程度.结果 试验组学生在课前准备情况、团队合作能力和自学能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组学员对微信结合CBL教学方法的总体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微信结合CBL教学模式在儿科课间见习教学中的应用可以显著提高学生的课前准备,团队合作和自学能力,学生的满意度较高.该教学方法符合儿科课间见习的教学特点. Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat combined with CBL teaching mode in pediatric internship teaching.Methods 133 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the Department of Clinical Medicine,Grade 2016,Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was taught by CBL alone.The experimental group used Wechat combined with CBL teaching method to compare the scores of the two groups in six aspects:pre-class preparation,teamwork ability,interpersonal communication ability,inquiry about medical history ability,physical examination ability and self-learning ability.At the same time,the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students to the teaching mode was investigated.Results The scores of preclass preparation,teamwork ability and self-study ability of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group with Wechat and CBL teaching method was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wechat combined with CBL teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching can significantly improve students'preclass preparation,teamwork and self-study ability,and students'satisfaction is higher.This teaching method conforms to the teaching characteristics of pediatric internship.
