摘要 基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)模式是以问题为导向的教学方法,能够调动医学影像学专业学生学习放射诊断学的积极性.PBL案例教学是向学生提供经过修饰加工的真实案例,并按照大纲要求设置问题,让学生围绕问题展开学习,学生可以通过文献检索、查阅书籍、互相讨论等形式探究,从而提高临床思维能力和诊断分析能力.基于PACS系统,构建出高质量的PBL教学案例,既能确保案例达到教学目的,又能使案例具有一定的延续性,促进培养具有自主学习能力的实用型影像医学人才.文章通过讲述基于PACS系统的放射诊断学PBL案例的撰写体会,旨在为放射诊断学PBL教学改革和高质量案例的构建提供参考借鉴. Problem-based learning(PBL),a problem-oriented teaching method,can mobilize the enthusiasm of medical imaging students to study diagnostic radiology.PBL case teaching is to provide students with real cases which have been modified and processed,and then set up problems according to the requirements of the syllabus,so that students can study around the problems.Students can explore the solutions through literature retrieval,reading books and discussing with each other,so as to improve their clinical thinking ability and diagnostic analysis ability.Based on Picture Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS)system,a high quality PBL teaching cases database will be constructed,which can not only ensure the achievement of teaching purpose,but also conducive to the continuous advancement of PBL teaching and promote the cultivation of practical imaging medical talents with self-learning ability.This paper describes the experience of writing PBL cases of diagnostic radiology based on PACS system,aiming to provide reference for the reform of PBL teaching and the construction of high-quality cases in diagnostic radiology.
