The Influence of the Development of Minimally Invasive Techniques on the Clinical Teaching of Spinal Surgery

摘要 目的 探讨微创技术对脊柱外科临床教学质量产生的影响,并总结教学方法与经验.方法 选择2016年7月—2017年5月本院脊柱外科70名实习生,临床教学中30名实习生采用传统方法(纳入甲组),另40名实习生结合微创脊柱外科影像学资料教学(纳入乙组),对比两组实习生的教学效果.结果 乙组实习生对病历相关评分均高于甲组(P<0.05),乙组对临床教学的总认可度为95.0%,甲组为73.3%,经对比,差异有较明显的统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创脊柱外科影像学资料教学应用于脊柱外科教学中,能够协助实习生对脊柱外科知识有更全面认识,加深理解,并激发他们参与临床教学兴趣. Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive technology on clinical teaching quality of spinal surgery,and to summarize teaching methods and experience.Methods Seventy interns of spinal surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2017 were selected.Thirty interns in clinical teaching adopted traditional methods(included in Group A),and another 40 interns combined with minimally invasive spinal surgery imaging data teaching(included in Group B).The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of medical records of interns in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The total acceptance of clinical teaching in group B was 95.0%,and that in group A was 73.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technology in spinal surgery teaching can help interns to have a better understanding of spinal surgery knowledge,deepen understanding,and stimulate their interest in participating in clinical teaching.
