摘要
目的 探讨医学团队情景模拟联合经验学习循环在临床医学教师培训中的效果.方法 2019年4月在徐州医科大学临床教学中心的主治医师以上临床骨干教师共40名接受医学团队情景模拟联合经验学习循环进行临床教学培训3 d,结束后反馈此次教学活动的效果.结果 所有学员认为其能够促进学员主动地进行积极互动,提高了学习效果,但要求让每名学员作为主体都更好地参与其中.结论 医学团队情景模拟联合经验学习循环有利于培养学员实际工作能力及团队合作理念,在实际教学活动中需对临床医学教师队伍进行培训并在实际教学活动中加以进一步应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of medical team scenario simulation teaching combined experience learning cycle in the training of clinical medicine teachers.Methods A total of 40 key clinical teachers attending or above physicians from clinical teaching center of Xuzhou medical university accepted the three-day training of medical team scenario simulation teaching combined experience learning cycle and fed back the effect of this teaching activity after the end in April 2019.Results All students believe that it can promote students to actively interact with each other and improve the learning effect,but it is required to make each student as a subject participate in the activity to get better learning results.Conclusion The combination of scenario simulation and experience learning cycle of medical team is conducive to the cultivation of practical working ability and team cooperation concept of students.In the actual teaching activities,clinical medical teachers need to be trained and further applied in the actual teaching activities.
