浅谈蒙药专业毕业实习存在问题及整改措施

Talking About the Problems Existing in Graduation Practice of Mongolian Medicine and the Rectification Measures

蒙药是蒙古族的优秀传统文化之一,是蒙古族人民长期与自然和谐共处中发现和认识的草药.蒙药学有着2000多年的历史,具有较为完善的理论体系、独具一格的制药方法和确切可信的临床疗效.它赖于临床实践的积累而形成,在漫长的认药、采药、施药和传承发展中不断得到充实,从而形成了具有较为完善的教学、传承模式的民族药学,传承至今.毕业实习作为教学过程中的一个不可缺少的环节,理论联系实践的关键瓶颈,人才培养的重要途径,在蒙药专业教学过程中具有重要地位.本文就毕业实习的准备、毕业实习的监督和毕业实习的考核等3个方面就如何加强管理蒙药专业毕业实习进行了阐述,力图为蒙药专业毕业实习管理提供借鉴.

Mongolian medicine is one of the outstanding traditional cultures of the Mongolian people.It is an herbal medicine discovered and recognized by the Mongolian people in the long-term harmony with nature.Mongolian Pharmacy has a long history,systematic theory and unique curative effect.It is formed by the accumulation of clinical practice.It has been enriched and developed in the long practice,and has formed a relatively complete national study of the Mongolian medicine theory teaching system,which has been passed down to the present.Graduation internship is an indispensable link in the teaching process.The key bottleneck of theory and practice,and the important way of talent cultivation,play an important role in the teaching process of Mongolian medicine.This article elaborates on how to strengthen the management of Mongolian medicine graduates in three aspects,including the preparation of graduation internship,the supervision of graduation internship and the examination of graduation internship,in an effort to provide reference for the management of graduation practice of Mongolian medicine.
