摘要
目的 探讨PBL教学模式在东南亚留学生针灸学教学中的应用效果.方法 以两届新加坡南洋理工大学双学位班留学生作为研究对象,对针灸治疗学"不寐"进行PBL教学,以提出问题-收集资料-交流论证-成果展示-总结五段式教学代替传统的教学模式.采用自拟问卷调查的形式对学生的学习情况进行调查.结果 问卷结果显示76.5%的学生认为PBL能够提高依靠自学解决问题能力,85.3% 的同学对所学知识感兴趣,85.3% 认为PBL能够提高学习的积极性;64.7%的学生认为可以全面掌握针灸治疗失眠,76.5%认为对所学的知识可以加深印象,88.2%认为可以了解学习掌握重点,76.5%认为PBL学习的知识是今后临床需要的,79.4%的学生能将此次所学用于临床;问卷调查同时显示82.4% 的学生认为PBL培养倾听他人意见的能力并能在团体中勇于表达,82.4% 认为PBL团队学习有利于问题的解决,85.3%认为此次PBL的学习讨论氛围是轻松的;研究显示85.3%的学生对此次PBL教学过程中指导老师的教学能力满意,91.2%对指导老师态度和积极性满意.结论 PBL能够激发学生学习的兴趣和积极性,增加了自主学习能力;提高学生对知识点的理解把握,提高实际临床应用能力;增加学生的团队合作精神,锻炼人际交往能力;促进教师角色变化,提高授课能力.是能够适应东南亚留学生针灸教学需求的教学模式.
Objective To explore the application effect of the new PBL teaching model in Acupuncture Therapeutics for Southeast Asian Students.Methods Two classes of double-degree students from Nanyang Technological University,Singapore were selected as the subjects of study,using PBL teaching for insomnia of Acupuncture Therapeutics.The traditional teaching mode was replaced by the five-stage teaching mode consisted of asking questions-collecting data-exchanging and demonstrating-summarizing.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students'learning situation.Results Questionnaire results showed that 76.5%of the students thought that PBL could improve their ability to solve problems by self-study,85.3%of the students were interested in the knowledge they learned,and 85.3%thought that PBL could improve their learning enthusiasm;64.7%of the students thought that they could master acupuncture for insomnia,76.5%thought that they could deeply impress the knowledge they learned,88.2%thought that they could understand and grasp the key points of learning,76.5%thought that the knowledge from PBL learning was needed in clinical work in the future and 79.4%of the students could apply the knowledge to clinical practice;questionnaire survey also showed that 82.4%of the students thought that PBL fostered the ability to listen to others'opinions and express themselves bravely in the group,82.4%thought that PBL team learning was beneficial to problem solving,and 85.3%thought that the learning and discussion atmosphere of PBL was relaxed;the study showed that 85.3%of the students were satisfied with the instructor's teaching ability and 91.2%were satisfied with the attitude and enthusiasm of the instructors during the PBL teaching process.Conclusion PBL can stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm in learning,increase their autonomous learning ability;improve students'understanding and grasp of knowledge points,improve practical clinical application ability;increase students'team spirit,exercise interpersonal communication ability;promote the change of teachers'role and improve teaching ability.It is a teaching mode that can meet the needs of acupuncture teaching for overseas students in Southeast Asia.
