同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白水平检测在帕金森病患者诊疗中的应用

Detection of Homocysteine and C-Reactive Protein in Patients With Parkinson’s Disease

目的 重点阐述帕金森(老年痴呆)患者在诊疗中应用检测同型半胱氨酸(HCY)以及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的临床价值.方法 35例阿尔茨海默病(AD)以及32例血管性痴呆(VD)患者于2018年1月—2018年6月由本院收取,再选取在2018年6月份健康体检者35名.将其分为3个组别便于区别:AD组(35例),VD组(32例)及健康组(35名),一共102例受检者均接受本院进行的抽血化验检查,主要检测项目为血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)以及C反应蛋白(CRP),分析检验结果.结果 本次对以上3组受检者血清中的HCY与CRP进行检查,其中VD组患者血液水平最高,且显著高于AD组,而AD组显著高于健康组(VD组>AD组>健康组),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清中HCY与CRP的水平升高是帕金森病(老年痴呆)发生的危险因素,为此在诊断帕金森病(老年痴呆)中运用血清HCY与CRP检测具有一定的临床应用价值.

Objective To focus on the clinical value of detecting homocysteine and c-reactive protein levels in patients with Parkinson's disease(Alzheimer's disease).Methods 35 patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and 32 patients with vascular dementia(VD)were collected from our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018,and 35 healthy subjects were selected for physical examination in June 2018.The patients were divided into three groups for easy differentiation:AD group(35 cases),VD group(32 cases)and healthy group(35 cases).A total of 102 patients received blood tests in our hospital,mainly testing serum homocysteine(Hcy)and c-reactive protein(CRP),and the results were analyzed.Results Hcy and CRP in the serum of the above three groups were examined.The blood level of VD group was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of AD group,while that of AD group was significantly higher than that of health group(VD group>ad group>Health Group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of Hcy and CRP in serum is a risk factor for the occurrence of Parkinson's disease(Alzheimer's disease).Therefore,the detection of serum Hcy and CRP in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease(Alzheimer's disease)has certain clinical application value.
