六氟化硫微泡经阴道子宫输卵管超声造影的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Sulfur Hexafluoride Microbubble Transvaginal Hysterosalpingography

目的 探讨六氟化硫微泡经阴道子宫输卵管超声造影的护理体会.方法 选择100例六氟化硫微泡经阴道子宫输卵管超声造影检查患者纳入研究工作,按照随机数字表法分成两组,即对照组与研究组.对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施常规护理联合舒适护理干预.结果研究组护理前的SAS评分、SDS评分均与对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组的造影检查图像优良率高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 六氟化硫微泡经阴道子宫输卵管超声造影检查过程中落实开展舒适护理干预的效果确切,有重要临床应用价值.

Objective To explore the nursing experience of sulfur hexafluoride microbubble transvaginal hysterosalpingography.Methods 100 patients undergoing transvaginal hysterosalpingography with sulfur hexafluoride microvesicles were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,namely,the control group and the study group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the research group implemented routine nursing combined with comfortable nursing intervention.Results The SAS score and SDS score before nursing in the study group had no difference from those in the control group(P>0.05).The SAS score and SDS score after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of angiographic images in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the comfortable nursing intervention in the process of transvaginal hysterosalpingography of the sulfur hexafluoride micro-bubble is definite,and the value of the clinical application is important.
