围手术期护理对全麻声带息肉切除术疗效影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on the Efficacy of General Anesthesia Vocal Cord Polypectomy

目的 探究分析全麻声带息肉切除术患者应用围手术期护理的影响效果.方法 选择80例声带息肉摘除患者,收诊时间为2017年1月—2018年1月,将患者平均分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期护理,对比两组患者的病症改善效果.结果 护理期结束后,观察组患者的满意度为92.5%,高于对照组75.0%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组声带恢复水平更为理想(P<0.05).结论 采用围手术期护理方式,可以有效改善患者病情,提高手术成功率,对患者声音的恢复起到重要的作用,在临床护理上具有一定的研究价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing care in patients with general anesthesia vocal cord polypectomy.Methods 80 patients with vocal cord polypectomy were selected,and the period of diagnosis was from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).Routine nursing was used in the control group,perioperative nursing was used in the observation group,and the effect of disease improvement was compared between the two groups.Results After the end of the nursing period,the satisfaction of the observation group was 92.5%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 75.0%.The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vocal cord recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively improve the patient's condition,improve the success rate of surgery,play an important role in the recovery of patient's voice,and have certain research value in clinical nursing.
