营养结合运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病产妇的效果

Effect of Nutrition Combined With Exercise Therapy on Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 针对在本院进行妊娠期糖尿病治疗的产妇,对其采用个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗以后,对该护理方法应用价值进行分析.方法 在本院2017年12月—2018年12月期间,随机对1000例产妇进行研究,对比组产妇(n=500)采取个体化医学营养疗法,观察组产妇(n=500)采用个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗,对比两组产妇的护理效率、产妇护理前后生活质量的改善情况、产妇对护理的满意度.结果 观察组产妇的护理效率、生活质量的改善情况以及产妇对护理的满意度均要优于对比组(P<0.05).结论 针对在我院进行妊娠期糖尿病治疗的产妇,对其采用个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗以后,使产妇的疾病得到控制.

Objective To analyze the application value of individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,1000 parturients were randomly studied.The control group(n=500)was treated with individualized medical nutrition therapy,while the observation group(n=500)was treated with individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy.The nursing efficiency,the improvement of quality of life before and after nursing,and the satisfaction of parturients with nursing were compared between the two groups.Degree.Results The nursing efficiency,the improvement of life quality and the satisfaction degree of parturients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy can effectively improve the quality of life and control maternal diseases for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital.
