系统护理在脊柱骨折和脊髓损伤手术中的应用

Application of Systemic Nursing in Spinal Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury Surgery

目的 对系统护理在脊柱骨折和脊髓损伤手术中的应用进行分析.方法 选取本院在2017年1月—2019年1月之间收治脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤患者中抽取52例来作为的研究对象,再将这52例患者使用随机数字法来分为两组,平均分成对照组和观察组,每一组患者各26例.对照组使用的是常规护理手段,观察组则使用的是系统护理措施.之后对比两组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意程度.结果 对照组中患者并发症发生率高于观察组,P<0.05,组别之间差异具有统计学上意义;对照组中患者对服务态度、自体舒适度、健康教育以及操作技能的满意程度均明显低于观察组,P<0.05,组别之间差异具有统计学上意义.结论 在对脊柱骨折和脊髓损伤患者进行护理时,使用系统化护理措施能够有效提升患者疗效,降低其并发症发生率.

Objective To analyze the application of systemic nursing in spinal fracture and spinal cord injury surgery.Methods A total of 52 patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injury were enrolled between January 2017 and January 2019.The 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Divided into control group and observation group,each group of patients each 26 cases.The control group used routine care and the observation group used systemic care.After that,the probability of occurrence and the degree of care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the probability of occurrence and occurrence of symptoms was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was statistically significant;in the control group,the satisfaction of patients with service attitude,self comfort,health education and operation skills was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion When nursing patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries,the use of systematic nursing measures can effectively improve the patient's efficacy and reduce the probability of occurrence of complications.
