改良传统切开法重睑术的临床体会

Clinical experience of double-eyelid operation with modified traditional incision method

目的总结采用改良传统切开法行重睑术的经验和教训。方法选择合适单睑患者,采用改良传统重睑术式,完成重睑术25例。结果 22例术后重睑宽度基本对称,重睑线流畅,效果满意,1例存在明显的双侧重睑不对称,2例存在轻度双侧重睑不对称。结论改良传统重睑术适合初学医师开展,选择双上睑对称,无上睑下垂、皮肤松弛病例易达到满意效果。

Objective To summarize the experience and lessons of double-eyelid operations with modified traditional incision method. Methods 25 cases of artificial double eyelids were performed with modified traditional double-eyelid operation. Results Symmetrical appearance and smooth line were acquired in 22 cases with satisfying effect. While there were 1 case of obvious asymmetry and 2 cases of mild asymmetric double eyelid. Conclusion Modified traditional double-eyelid operation is suitable for beginners. Satisfactory results can be easier to achieve in patients with double upper eyelid symmetry without blepharoptosis or skin relaxation.
