皮肤软组织扩张术对烧伤整形患者皮肤创面愈合及血运恢复时间的影响

Effect of skin soft tissue expansion on skin wound healing and blood vessel recovery time in patients with burn and plastic surgery

目的分析皮肤软组织扩张术对烧伤整形患者皮肤创面愈合及血运恢复时间的影响。方法收集我院接收的烧伤整形患者,于其中选取40例作为研究对象,均实施皮肤软组织扩张术。观察该术式对皮肤创面愈合时间、血运恢复时间的影响。结果 40例患者皮肤创面愈合时间为(12.54±2.79)d,血运恢复时间为(17.96±4.05),39例手术成功,1例由于切口感染裂开而终止手术。术后外观良好,功能正常,患者对手术效果满意。结论烧伤整形患者利用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗的效果较好,皮肤创面愈合及血运恢复时间相对较短,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of skin soft tissue expansion on skin wound healing and blood vessel recovery time in patients with burn and plastic surgery.Methods 40 cases of burn and plastic surgery patients received in our hospital were selected as research objects.To observe the effect of this method on skin wound healing time and blood circulation recovery time.Results The healing time of skin wounds in 40 patients was(12.54±2.79) d, and the recovery time of blood supply was(17.96±4.05).The patient was satisfied with the operation effect.Conclusion The effect of skin and soft tissue dilatation in patients with burn and plastic surgery is good, and the time of skin wound healing and revascularization recovery is relatively short.
