目的分析和总结自体脂肪移植面部年轻化的围术期护理体会。方法选择2014年1月到2018年12月之间本院收治的312例自体脂肪移植面部年轻化者为研究对象。总结在围术期护理内容。结果所有接受手术者均取得了满意的手术效果。对其开展手术后随访证实,他们对于护理的满意度均较高。结论自体脂肪移植面部年轻化手术患者的围术期护理是手术效果的重要保障,并在一定程度上降低不良因素对满意度的影响。

Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of perioperative nursing of facial rejuvenation with autogenous fat transplantation. Methods 312 cases of facial rejuvenation treated by autogenous fat transplantation between January 2014 and December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. To summarize the content of perioperative nursing. Results All the patients got satisfactory results. The follow-up after the operation confirmed that they were all satisfied with the nursing. Conclusion The perioperative nursing of the patients undergoing the facial rejuvenation operation with autogenous fat transplantation is an important guarantee of the operation effect, and to a certain extent, it can reduce the influence of adverse factors on satisfaction.
