磷酸肌酸与果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎的临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析磷酸肌酸与果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎的临床效果.方法选取无锡市第八人民医院儿内科2016-06至2018-06期间收治的50例心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将患儿分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),观察组采用果糖二磷酸钠治疗,对照组采用磷酸肌酸治疗,比较两组患者肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶及肌钙蛋白水平,并观察两组患者不良反应(嗜睡、胃肠道反应、皮疹)发生率.结果两组治疗后四项心肌酶指标均优于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌钙蛋白水平改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为4.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为20.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.365,P<0.001).结论果糖二磷酸钠可明显改善小儿心肌炎患者心肌酶水平,安全性较高,具有较高的临床推广应用价值. Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the clinical effect of phosphocreatine and sodium fructose diphosphate in the treatment of children with myocarditis.Methods 50 children with myocarditis admitted to the department of pediatrics,Wuxi Eighth People's Hospital,from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.The children were divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)according to different treatment methods;the observation group was treated with sodium fructose diphosphate while the control group was treated with phosphocreatine.The levels of creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase and troponin were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions(sleepiness,gastrointestinal reactions,rash)were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the four myocardial enzyme indexes were better than the same group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the improvement of creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase and troponin levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.0%in the observation group and 20.0%in the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=12.365,P<0.001).Conclusions Sodium fructose diphosphate can significantly improve myocardial enzyme levels in children with myocarditis,and has high safety and high clinical application value.
