摘要
近年来各炼油厂节能管理水平不断提高,进一步降低能源消耗需要深入挖潜,优化各个能级的能源回收和利用效率,其中低温余热的回收利用是降低装置蒸汽消耗、实现节能的重要途径。针对锦州石化公司低温热系统现状,开发新的热源和热阱,并进行合理匹配,优化低温热系统运行方式,降低装置能耗。优化调整后实现节约蒸汽消耗40 t/h,冷却负荷下降节约污水汽提装置的循环水量550 t/h,实现公司降本增效。
In recent years,the level of energy-saving management in refineries has been continuously improved.Further reduction of energy consumption requires further tapping potential and optimizing the energy recovery and utilization efficiency of each energy level.The recovery and utilization of low-temperature waste heat is an important way to reduce steam consumption and realize energy saving.Aiming at the current situation of low temperature heat system,new heat sources and heat traps are developed,and reasonable matching is carried out to optimize the operation mode of low temperature heat system and reduce the energy consumption of the device.After optimization and adjustment,40 t/h of steam consumption is saved,550 t/h of circulating water of sewage stripping unit is saved,and cost reduction and efficiency increase are realized.
