摘要 为解决压裂废液直接外排污染环境,直接进油水系统影响正常生产的问题。某五联卸油点建设废压裂液处理装置一套对压裂废液进行预处理后回收利用,压裂废液处理装置处理工艺在我厂均属于试验阶段,目前没有成熟经验可借鉴,处理药剂、参数及对系统的影响尚不确定,因此为了解决以上问题,验证该工艺污水处理效果,并摸索相关运行参数,开展此药剂投加、排泥参数优化试验。经过参数优化,年节省费用55.53万元,同时处理后含油量、悬浮固体含量均控制1~12 mg/L、100~250 mg/L,可以达到集输、污水系统接收要求。 in order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by fracturing waste fluid directly discharged into the oil and water system,normal production was affected.An immovable construction waste fluid unloading point processing equipment after a pretreatment of fracturing liquid waste recycling,fracturing liquid waste processing gear processing technology in our factory all belong to test phase,there is no mature experience to draw lessons from,treatment agent,the influence of the parameters and the system is not clear,so in order to solve the above problem,verify that the process of sewage treatment effect,and grope for the relevant operation parameters,carry out the drug dosing,mud parameter optimization test.After parameter optimization,the annual cost is saved by 555300 yuan.At the same time,the oil content and suspended solid content after treatment are controlled by 1~12 mg/L and 100~250 mg/L,which can meet the requirements of gathering,transportation and sewage system receiving.
