摘要
针对现有螺杆泵驱动装置存在箱体油封和盘根盒处漏油和防反转机构不可靠等问题,研制了LBQ22-25FJ螺杆泵地面驱动装置。驱动装置的关键技术在于将支座与传动轴之间由盘根盒密封更改为上置式机械密封和可调节油封实现井口零泄漏;采用压力可调节的液压式防反转机构使抽油杆扭矩点动释放。驱动装置在江汉油田的推广应用表明,这种装置在整个螺杆泵系统检泵周期内完全可以达到不渗不漏的质量要求,满足油田生产需要。
LBQ22-25FJ surface drive head of PCP was developed to solve the problems of oil leakage in the oil seal and root box and the unreliable of anti-reverse rotation mechanism.The key technology of the surface drive head is to change the seal between the bearing and the drive shaft from the packing box to the upper mechanical seal and adjustable oil seal.The torque of the sucker rod is released by the hydraulic anti-reverse mechanism with adjustable pressure.The application of the surface drive head in oilfield shows that this device can meet the requirement of no leakage in the whole pump inspection cycle of the PCP system and meet the needs of oilfield production.
