摘要
留北潜山油田具有丰富的地热资源,供液能力比较充足,传统采用潜油电泵举升工艺,能达到大排量提液需求,但存在能耗高、维护成本高等缺点。因此研究了双作用泵配套塔式抽油机举升工艺,该工艺通过一次往复冲程完成两次进液和出液,可达到潜油电泵的排量,现场应用时配套塔式抽油机、开关磁阻电动机等节能设备,可大幅降低采液能耗,同时兼具维护成本低,操作简单等优点。现场应用6口井,日节电率与同排量的潜油电泵相比达到85%以上,节能、节支效益显著,为地热资源低成本高效开采提供了技术手段。
Liubei buried hill reservoir is rich in geothermal resources and has sufficient liquid supply capacity.Traditionally,electric submersible pump lifting process is adopted to meet the demand of large displacement of liquid extraction,but there are some shortcomings such as high energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Therefore tower type pumping unit studied doubleacting pump matching lifting process,the process through a reciprocating stroke to complete two into liquid and liquid,can achieve the displacement of ESP,field application supporting tower type pumping unit,switch magnetic resistance motor and other energy saving equipment,can greatly reduce the energy consumption of liquid withdrawal,at the same time with low maintenance cost,simple operation,etc.Using 6 Wells on site,the daily electricity saving rate is more than 85%compared with the submersible electric pump with the same displacement,and the energy saving and expenditure saving benefits are significant,providing technical means for the low cost and efficient exploitation of geothermal resources.
