摘要
随着各行各业信息化建设的蓬勃发展,极大地推动了传统项目与新兴信息技术广泛融合。企业信息化建设项目大多从单一简单的软硬件采购、软件开发和信息咨询服务,发展成若干同时发生或部分搭接项目构成的更加集约化的项目群管理模式。随着项目群管理模式的复杂化,合同管理日益成为项目建设过程中的重要管理环节。本文详细论述了合同执行管理中常见的问题和潜在风险,提出了相应的应对策略和措施,指出及时识别和预判合同管理中出现的问题和风险,有利于规避和化解项目合同制订和执行过程中的管理风险。
With the rapid development of all walks of informatization constructions, it has greatly promoted the combination of traditional industries and emerging information technologies. At present, the informatization construction of enterprises has grown into program management mode, which is no longer a simple procurement of software and hardware, developing software or service consulting instead of managing a number of simultaneous or part of overlapping related projects. The contract management becomes an important management link within the complexity of program management mode. This paper discussed the problems and potential risks in contract management, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures to recognize, predicted and avoids risks in time in project contract formulation and implementation process.
