摘要
科技创新园区是与生产、研发、推广紧密结合,提供集成化服务的复杂类型。在全球新的经济周期下,创业和创新成为经济转型与增长的重要引擎。如何构建符合当前创新团队的成长性特点并适应科技创新产业的技术要求的科创园区设计模型,如何适应内部功能未确定时的空间使用方式与空间尺度需求,应是当前科创园区设计中不容回避的专题。作者选择地处广州的某科技创新园区为样本对象,以SAR理论和开放建筑理念为指导,试图在支撑体、填充体的理论框架下对上述问题作出思考,在实践中总结科创园区的设计策略,以期对同类型实践案例提供建议。
A Science and Technology Innovation Park(STIP)is an industrial hub that combines research,development,and production to provide integrated services.In the new global economic cycle,entrepreneurship and innovation have become important drivers of economic transformation and growth.Of immediate attention is deciding how to construct a STIP design model that can meet the growing requirements of current innovation groups,the technical requirements of the current science industry,and how to adapt to the use of spaces when the internal functions have not been determined.Guided by SAR theory,open architecture concepts,and other theoretical frameworks,this report uses a STIP in Guangzhou as a case study to address practical design and planning strategies of STIPs and other similar projects.The conclusion is to get summarizes of STIP design strategies and to provide suggestions on the design of similar practical projects.
