摘要
基于“整体设计”方法论、何镜堂院士“两观三性”设计理论和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想等的理论指引,建构适应湿热气候的规划、建筑、景观三位一体的绿色大学校园整体设计理论框架和程序、策略。以作者负责的中国资本市场学院和香港中文大学(深圳)的绿色校园整体设计实践为例分析,设计将人与自然和谐共生的生态文明核心理念与紧密结合我国国情和时代特征的创新绿色发展相结合,尊重和充分利用现有资源条件,积极营造绿色生态的校园环境,降低能源资源消耗与环境负荷,力求实现健康、适用、高效的建筑空间。我国已成为新的全球气候治理格局中的“引领者”,在推动校园绿色发展这一细分领域,同样需要展现负责任大国风范和贡献中国智慧,湿热地区绿色校园整体设计将助力在热带和亚热带湿热气候条件下,校园安全耐久、服务便捷、健康舒适、环境宜居和资源节约等绿色性能的实施落地,实现校园环境性能的有效提升。
Guided by the"Holistic Design"methodology,academician He Jingtang's"Two Concepts and Three Features"and Xi Jinping thoughts on a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this study established the theoretical framework,planning,architecture and landscape in the design of a green university campus adapted for hot and humid climates.A case study was performed on the overall design for the green campus of China Capital Market Institute and the Chinese University of Hong Kong(Shenzhen).Discussed are the concepts of ecological civilization that harmoniously coexists with nature and innovative green development that reflects China's present national conditions and characteristics.With respect and full use of existing resources,the design actively creates a green and ecological campus environment at reduced energy consumption and environmental load,aiming to create healthy,appropriate and efficient architectural spaces.China has become a leader in global climate governance.In the field of green campus development,China also needs to show its strong responsibility and profound wisdom.The overall design of a safe and sustainable green campus in hot and humid regions requires convenient service,a healthy,comfortable and livable environment,and conservation of resources.
