结构性心理干预对埋藏式起搏器置入患者生活质量和自我效能的影响

Improvement of life quality and self-efficacy in patients placing permanent pacemaker by structural psychological intervention

目的研究结构性心理干预应用于埋藏式起搏器植入患者中对其生活质量、自我效能及负性情绪的改善情况。方法回顾分析2016年2月至2017年2月南通市第一人民医院收治的给予常规干预的埋藏式起搏器植入患者59例(对照组)及2017年3月至2018年3月收治的给予结构性心理干预的埋藏式起搏器植入患者59例(观察组)的临床资料。对比两组护理干预前及干预1个月后的生活质量测定量表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分情况。结果干预前两组各量表评分的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预1个月后,观察组生活质量测定量表、GSES评分均高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论结构性心理干预应用于埋藏式起搏器植入患者中可显著改善患者生活质量,提高其自我效能,并缓解其负性情绪,值得推广。

Objective To explore the improvement of life quality,self-efficacy and negative emotions in patients placing permanent pacemaker by structural psychological intervention.Methods The clinical data of 59 patients receiving permanent pacemaker implantation who were treated with routine intervention from February 2016 to February 2017 in Nantong First People s Hospital(control group)and 59 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation who received structural psychological intervention from March 2017 to March 2018(observation group)were retrospectively analyzed.The scores of quality of life scale,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups before and after intervention(all P>0.05).One month after the intervention,the scores of QOL and GSES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Structural psychological intervention in patients placing permanent pacemaker implantation can significantly improve the life quality self-efficacy,and alleviate negative emotions of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
