中文版电子健康素养量表在我国社区老年人群中的信效度初步分析

Reliability and validity analysis of the Chinese version of e-Health Literacy Scale in elder population of community

目的分析中文版电子健康素养量表(e-Health Literacy Scale,e-HEALS)在我国社区老年人群中应用的信效度。方法2017年6月至9月,利用中文版e-HEALS、网络健康信息搜寻行为问卷对江苏省3个市的228例社区老年人进行结构式访谈。结果中文版e-HEALS的Cronbach’sα为0.986,折半信度因子为0.953;探索性因子分析显示中文版e-HEALS为单一因子结构,其可以解释e-HEALS变异的93.095%;验证性因子分析显示中文版e-HEALS在修正后拟合尚可;中文版e-HEALS得分与网络健康信息搜寻行为问卷得分相关系数为0.639(P=0.000)。结论中文版e-HEALS在我国社区老年人群应用中表现出较好的信度和效标关联效度,其维度划分倾向于单维结构,而三因子及二阶模型的结构效度并未得到支持。

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the Chinese e-Health Literacy Scale(e-HEALS)in elder population of community.Methods A structured interview was performed among 228 elderly people in community using the Chinese e-HEALS and the Internet Health Information Search Behavior Questionnaire.Results The Cronbach sαof the Chinese e-HEALS was 0.986,and the half-confidence factor was 0.953.Exploratory factor analysis showed that the Chinese version e-HEALS was a single factor structure,which could explain 93.095%of e-HEALS variation.Confirmative factor analysis showed that the Chinese version e-HEALS could be fitted after revision.And the correlation coefficient between the e-HEALS score and the Internet Health Information Search Behavior Questionnaire score was 0.639(P=0.000).Conclusions The Chinese version of e-HEALS has good reliability and validity among in elderly population of community in China.The dimension division of the scale tends to be one-dimensional structure.While the structural validity of three-factor and second-order models is not supported.
