基于OBE理念的“双创型”人才培养实践教学基地的管理与建设——以燕山大学机械工程学院创新基地为例

Management and Construction of Practice Teaching Base for "Innovative and Innovative" Talents Training Based on the OBE Concept——Taking the Innovation Base of School of Mechanical Engineering of Yanshan University as an Example

开放性创新创业实践教学基地是实验室的一种新突破,通过培养体系、实验室资源等的建设,致力于培养创新创业型人才。文章以燕山大学机械工程学院创新基地为载体,以《华盛顿协议》的中心理念OBE为导向,分析现有培养体系与管理模式的不足,提出适用于机械类专业的创新创业素质综合培养实践教学体系。利用现代信息技术实现创新基地的智能化管理,建立教学、科研、实践活动于一体的创新创业教育培养模式,推动"双创型"人才培养。

The open innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching base is a new breakthrough in the laboratory,which is committed to cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents through the construction of training system and laboratory resources.Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship base of School of Mechanical Engineering of Yanshan University,and guided by the OBE concept of the "Washington Agreement",this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing training system and management mode and puts forward a practical teaching system,which suits for comprehensive cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship quality for mechanical majors.Using modern information technology to realize intelligent management of innovation base,we will establish an innovation and entrepreneurship education model that integrates teaching,scientific research and practical activities,and promote the innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation.
